I'm Pratik Dhabarde, a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience building web applications with Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS/Vercel cloud infrastructure — now accelerated with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows.

I joined Milathi Technologies as a founding engineer and led the tech team building TruShop — a next-gen e-commerce platform blending WhatsApp-simple storefronts with marketplace-scale reach — operating as the bridge between Founders, Product, Design, and Marketing. Before that, at Investorey Financial Technologies, I built the backend for a real-estate investment aggregator connecting 25+ partner platforms and reaching 10,000+ real investors, again connecting founders, product, and tech.

I started my engineering career as a Software Engineer at CBIX Technology Solutions, building Konvert Now, a CRM for property brokers. Sitting between teams taught me product-manager judgment: reconciling what users need with what's buildable in the timeline. Today I build with AI at the center of the workflow — designing prompts and agent pipelines, evaluating model outputs, and routing each task to the model that handles it best. Outside of engineering, I train in boxing, which keeps me disciplined and sharp under pressure.
